     This program package is a shareware, written  by  and  copy-
     righted by horio shoichi.

     You must pay the registration fee if you continue using  any
     program  in  this  package  beyond one month.  See below for
     price schedule.

Right To Copy
     You can copy and pass this package to any other  people,  in
     any media and means, you register or use it or not, provided
     the copy

     -    is exactly that of the file downloaded, You can  change
          file compression scheme, however.

     -    is virtually free, that is, the receiver need  not  pay
          until (s)he decides to use the package other than nomi-
          nal media and/or communication/transportation cost,

     -    is not assembled into, and  is  not  assorted  to,  the
          other  commercial  products payment is due (which would
          interfere with the right to receive the package  virtu-
          ally free,)

     -    the registration fee of this package is  paid  directly
          to the copyright owner by the end user.

     Above conditions apply recursively to any copy of this pack-

Price Schedule
     The registration fee is 2,500 yen (approximate US$ 24  -  26
     as  of this writing.) The price includes future revision fee
     and the right to use on any number of machines you use.

     Also, the volume registration is available.  This  does  not
     mean  the  consent  to  resell  (in  fact, anyone wishing to
     register must already own a copy and have used it).  A  per-
     son  of the group, who is also the registrant at the moment,
     and whose payment is the sum of  the  amount  collected  and
     his/her  own,  pays the fee to the copyright owner on behalf
     of the group.  The  individual  obtains  a  separate  serial
     number.

     To calculate fee, let n be the number of people in the group
     (n >= 1). Then calculate as follows.

     2)   Let long integer t = 25 * n / (d * d * d).

     3)   Finally multiply t by 100.

     You have calculated an amount 2500 * n ** 0.8125, below  100
     rounded off.  This is the total amount yen to be paid by the
     registrant, an individual or a group.

     (See appendix.c for a computerized calculation of above.  It
     is not difficult with a hand calculator, however.)

     Currently payment  method  is  limited  to  money  order  in
     Japanese  yen  or cashier's check in Japanese yen drawn in a
     Japanese bank, sent to:
